Got questions? Find answers.

How does the PM Surya Ghar subsidy work?
Homes can claim up to ₹78,000 for systems up to 3 kW. Arka files the application and follows it until the money reaches your bank.
What is net metering with KSEB?
A net meter counts what your roof sends to the grid and what your home draws. You pay only the difference, and we handle the KSEB paperwork.
Will the battery really run the house in a power cut?
Yes. The inverter switches to the battery in milliseconds, and a typical Arka battery carries lights, fans, the fridge and the pump through the evening.
Does solar work during the monsoon?
Yes, at lower output. The bright months from December to May more than make up for June to August.
Will panels damage my old tiled roof?
No. Hooks sit between the Mangalore tiles and nothing is drilled into old rafters. Heritage roofs get a structural check first.
How long does installation take?
Two to three days on the roof, after a free survey and a design you approve.

Heritage outside. Power within.
